Privacy notice
This training portal collects the name, email address and password you submit, plus account approval status and lesson completion history. Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing.
We use this information to operate accounts, control access and track course progress. Approved course administrators can view learners’ names, email addresses, status and progress. We do not sell learner information.
Do not enter confidential pastoral, counselling or other personal information into course exercises or third-party AI services. Those services have their own privacy terms.
For access, correction or deletion enquiries, contact the NOVA course administrator through the contact details supplied by your training organiser. Some data may need to be retained where required by law.
This is a starter privacy notice. The organisation must confirm its responsible-party identity, official privacy contact, retention periods, hosting arrangements and applicable laws before public launch.
